Project Overview

In 1990, this remodeler designed and built a pool and pool house complete with a kitchen and bathroom, ideal for large gatherings. The original design featured a pool deck elevated above a timber retaining wall-a popular choice at the time. Fast forward 32 years, and the clients sought a complete makeover. Today, this space has been beautifully reimagined with modern technology and sleek aesthetics, including 21st-century retaining walls, an expanded pool deck, a modernized kitchen and bath, retractable screens, and a power-actuated pergola. The minimalist design creates a versatile space for year-round entertainment and storage.
