Project Overview

Living in a walkable neighborhood near two universities, this active family needed more space to balance their home business and family life. The resulting accessory dwelling unit offers both comfort and function; the lower lever houses secure vehicle, bike, and equipment storage, while the upper lever offers space for collaborative work meetings and family time during non-office hours. Topped with a kitchenette, bathroom, and climate control throughout, their new space is equipped for whatever activities come their way.
