Project Overview

This homeowner wanted a pool house to accompany their existing swimming pool that could be used for entertaining guests. Because of local zoning codes, the new pool house was designed on the second floor of the garage, complete with a cozy gas fireplace, great room, and bathroom. The cantilevered balcony gives way to spectacular views of the pool and golf course that surrounds the property, making this the perfect addition to any pool day.
