Project Overview

These homeowners wanted an outdoor space to enjoy with friends and family. They desired a detached structure that matched the design and colors of the home's exterior with an outdoor kitchen, eating area, and protection from mosquitos. Special care was taken to protect or transplant all existing plants and trees. A new cedar structure with copper roof over exposed slats was built on a new exposed aggregate foundation and includes new gas and electrical service. Inside the screened panels are custom cabinets, granite countertops, a refrigerator, grill and hood. A new iron fence and stone walkways were also installed.
