Project Overview

This project transformed the clients' non-functional fishing house into a modern boathouse showcasing a combination of IPE decking and cypress siding. The massive 7-foot overhangs create a functional design feature to provide covered seating and protection for the pontoon boat. Oversized 8-foot doors allow for seamless indoor/outdoor entertainment with the ability to close and condition the interior space during hot and cold seasons. Integrating the warm tones of Ipe and Cypress both on the interior and exterior reduce maintenance costs and allows for the focus to be on entertaining and family fun year-round.
