Project Overview

The rear of the property had an existing garage that was constantly being flooded by the rain. Water intrusion was an understatement. He wanted to solve the drainage issue and have a garage capable of housing multiple cars, motorcycles, and a workshop and thought, Why not add an outdoor kitchen? She was tired of having a pond for a pool and thought, Oh yeah, why not add a guest quarters? After much consideration for a remodel, a new structure was deemed necessary. The new structure features a guest house with pool, bath, guest quarters, garage and a fabulous outdoor kitchen.
