Project Overview
The client desired a transformation to the main bathroom of this stunning 1970s hillside home in Austin. Left untouched for decades, the remodel was entrusted to the pro by a multi-generational family to modernize while preserving its charm. Carpeting was removed, and the dividing wall between the vanity and tub was demolished to improve flow. The ceiling was raised from 8' vaulted to 10' uniform, enhancing grandeur. The space now features sophisticated blue grass corduroy wall tiles, Lumier floors, a luxurious steam shower, custom-stained cabinetry, and wooden-accented fixtures for a cohesive retreat. This reimagined bathroom brings the family's dream home closer to reality.
