Project Overview

The Urban Oasis bath redesign project modernized a 1920s third-floor bathroom into a modern, open-plan space, integrated seamlessly with the clients' bedroom area. Key features include a dual-function shower zone, a skylight for plenty of natural light, and in-floor radiant heat for maximum comfort. The project achieved impressive functional enhancements by integrating a combo washer/dryer, increased storage, and a large awning window for superior natural light and ventilation. With its vaulted ceiling, contemporary finishes, and barrier-free layout, this space perfectly balances versatility with minimalist elegance, creating a modern oasis for the clients.
