Project Overview

The client wanted to update their bathroom layout to improve accessibility and create storage in the tiny space sandwiched between two bedrooms. The old bathtub was removed and replaced with an all-tile shower with curbless entry. The new tile wainscot and black and white hexagon floor tile brought back the classic style of the early 1900s bathrooms. Capturing adjacent closet space and reconfiguring it into bedroom and bathroom storage virtually doubled the use of the tiny square footage allocated to store things.
