Project Overview

The master bath was smaller than the hall bath and could not fit more than one person at a time, which proved difficult for two professionals with similar schedules. They desperately needed a new HVAC system, and agreed early in the project to relocate it to the attic to gain much-needed space for the bath. Using space from a closet allowed for a double sink and a nice tub shower along with additional linen storage. The new bathroom is an extreme improvement from the original and provides the spa-like feel the owners wanted.
