Project Overview

When purchasing this home, these homeowners intended to add a master bathroom within the existing footprint. To their dismay, several contractors told them it would be impossible to run the plumbing. By utilizing a small amount of space in a first-floor closet for plumbing and HVAC, we created their master bathroom and left adequate space for their bedroom and nursery. Durable laminate vanity door fronts satisfied their desire for zebra-striped walnut at a fraction of the cost. Matte black fixtures, black hex tile that pops against the light paint, and subway tile helps provide the industrial look the homeowners sought.
