Project Overview
A 1939 beauty had lost its functionality and charm. The client originally requested a repair since she noticed the shower had leaky fixtures but the bathroom needed much more work. Structural members were soaked with water damage, the bath lacked countertop space that the client so desperately desired, and the plumbing and electrical were outdated. The full renovation included reconfiguring the shower by removing a wall, relocating fixtures, and adding a custom vanity in birch with maple inside for a rustic finish and added storage. The result gave the client a completely new look that captured more light and added storage, creating a classy and elegant space with a touch of charm.
