Project Overview

Situated in a picturesque lot surrounded by lush trees, this project transformed a traditional ranch into a contemporary 2-story multi-generational home. Primary and secondary spaces were added to support the evolving needs of the homeowners. Separate wings were created in response to different ages and lifestyles: aging in place on the first floor, children and parents, including home offices on the second floor. Sloping rooflines and expansive windows provide a graceful flow between the natural and built environments, while the new formal entry and dramatic stair tower reflect the visually stunning composition of function and beauty.
