Project Overview

This project entails a 600 sq. ft. great room addition to a historic 1790s farmhouse. The interior boasts radiant floor heating, a gas fireplace with a stacked stone surround and blue stone hearth, custom-built bookcases, and decorative box beams. Externally, James Hardie siding, Azek trim, and stacked stone columns anchor the structure, seamlessly blending modern comforts with the timeless farmhouse charm. This harmonious integration of new and old promises a cozy and inviting living space while preserving the heritage of the original home.
