Project Overview

These lucky homeowners had a double lot in a historic neighborhood. Just enough space made way for a new two-story addition with a two-car garage below and a primary bedroom suite above. Existing side windows and door openings were expanded for access to the house on the main floor and in the basement. The garage offers access to the backyard, and the stairwell boasts a Juliet balcony to enjoy the flower beds below.
