Looking to optimize living space within their compact property, these homeowners wanted to explore better functionality and design of both the interior and exterior areas. By increasing the overall square footage, dedicated dining and living spaces are now well defined, while relocating the overheated porch to the other side of the house protects it from the sun, making it more enjoyable to use.
