Project Overview
To create the homeowner's dream for a modern waterfront oasis, the traditional turn gable roof was replaced with a 1 ; story addition to include a main bedroom with a luxury bath and custom closets. A steel beam extended the 2nd and 3rd floors creating an open floor plan and adding extra livable square footage, including a rooftop deck overlooking the water. The addition beautifully married each interior floor throughout into a seamless home renovation.
