Project Overview

Wanting to utilize their deck more, this family needed to adjust the design. To begin, the stairs were relocated to improve floor traffic, and a knee-wall-and-railing hybrid provided an extended view of the yard while protecting the family's furry friends. With plenty of sitting areas, a wood burning fireplace, and oversized screen windows, this new space is designed for gathering and relaxing.
