Project Overview

The owners wanted to expand the footprint of their home by building an addition onto the existing garage. The end result is a sizeable addition that matches the existing home perfectly. With direct access to the existing home, this four-room addition provides both a private space within the home and a direct connection. The addition adds a dance studio with engineered hardwood floors; living room with porcelain tile floors; a bathroom with a wall mount console sink with base; and a fourth bedroom with a walk-in closet.
