Project Overview

These clients were relocating from the West Coast and had purchased a two-and-a-half story home in a historic midwestern suburb. The previous homeowners had started converting the attic into an ensuite, so framing and some rough-in plumbing and mechanicals were already in place. The clients opted to start over with a new footprint and luxury fixtures and finishes in white, black and gold. The existing roughed in mechanicals and plumbing were all updated to meet code and building standards. The new addition features a large walk-in shower, custom double vanity, bidet toilet and linen tower.
