Project Overview

This was an extensive remodel of a stately 1918 home in one of Columbus, Ohio's premiere metropolitan neighborhoods. In addition to the restoration of every room in this magnificent home, an addition with a full basement was built that roughly doubled the total square footage. Interior finishes restored the grandeur of this home while adding modern elements, including a gourmet kitchen and incredible baths, all with custom-built features that modernize while respecting the history of this 100-year-old gem. In addition to the interiors, special attention was given to the exterior to complement the original home and charm of the neighborhood.
