Project Overview

After owning several houses in developments, the owners were interested in a house with more land and no immediate neighbors. They found a house, but it needed an exterior update. This included an addition on the rear to enlarge the dining room as well as provide a covered patio area. Additionally, the entire exterior of the house was given a facelift by removing the second-floor low-pitched roof and installing a new trussed roof. The exterior was finished with beautiful blue siding and white trim boards. The result is a home that barely resembles the original.
