Project Overview

This project involved a small addition that created a major impact. The floor plan was reconfigured and expanded to accommodate the day-to-day needs of this busy family of four. The existing kitchen was small by any standard but especially when compared to the size of this 1935 built home. The new kitchen is nearly three-and-a-half times the size of the original. Though this addition only increased the space an additional 80 square feet, it managed to accomplish everything on these homeowners' ambitious wish list and more.
