Project Overview

If a bathroom and sunroom had a baby, this would be it. This second-story bathroom addition honors the character and architectural style of a 1921 Saint Paul classic. Built above the main-floor sunroom and around the chimney, the windows and architectural details create continuity inside and out. The design maximizes the small footprint and incorporates era-specific details. Six double-hung windows bathe the space in natural light. This project is a seamless and artful addition to a 100-year-old home.
