Project Overview

This 1698-square-foot, three bedroom, one bathroom bungalow was built in 1946. The challenge was to create a true master bath experience in the space allowed by zoning and the driveway. This pier and beam addition has a moisture controlled crawl space, heated floor system, space-efficient custom cabinetry and large format tile on both the floor and window wall. The best techniques and materials were used to create a fully functional and beautiful bathroom with closet in only 122 square feet. See how elegant small can be.
