Project Overview

In this project, a portion of an existing deck was transformed into a 168-square-foot exercise room addition to provide a convenient location for physical health. The client wanted a space for lightweight and cardio workouts but did not want to convert or lose space in their existing home. After reviewing a few options, it was determined that a small addition to a 2011 addition was the most practical solution. It was a rare occasion to know what was behind the walls like x-ray vision.
