Blackline Renovations

Project Overview

This project added more square footage and removed two dining room walls to create a completely open floor plan with a kitchen, breakfast nook and family room, allowing for improved access between the kitchen and family room. A new fireplace was encased in Calcutta gold marble and included a custom mantel. Leathered quartzite countertops and a flat grain walnut island top provide texture and warmth to the light and bright kitchen color palette. The blue island brings a splash of color to the soft and inviting space, while the polished nickel fixtures and hardware highlight the details of the custom cabinetry.
