Project Overview

The clients desired a low maintenance deck with a grand, wide staircase into the backyard. Their existing narrow deck did not span the back of the house, which resulted in a set of French doors with no landing space. The new deck features gray Birch composite decking placed at a diagnonal with a picture frame border, and fortress iron handrails. The 28-foot wide grand staircase provides easy access into the backyard. Additional green solutions include LED lighting, and PVC white trim at the perimeter of the deck. Now the clients have a well-designed and well-lit outdoor oasis.
