Project Overview

The scope of this project included updating the entire interior with new paint and refinished flooring, upgrading all fixtures and finishes, and redesigning the stairs and hand railing. Remodeling improved function and flow in the entry, kitchen, laundry, powder room, dining and living areas, primary bath, and walkout basement, which now includes a bathroom, family room, two offices, a play therapy space, and a bar. A neutral aesthetic enhances views of the golf course.
