Project Overview

This 8,000-square-foot French Country home underwent a full remodel from October 2023 to May 2024. Key updates included reconfiguring two kitchens, adding a butler's pantry/laundry area, and renovating six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The first and second floors were updated from stucco to smooth surfaces. The finished basement now includes an exercise room and a full bath/steam room. Rustic French Oak trim and historic barn beams were preserved, while new electrical, lighting, flooring, and appliances were installed. Outdoor improvements included refreshed landscaping, gas lamps, painted stucco, and limestone enhancements for terraces and steps.
