Originally built in 1915, this charming beachside bungalow had undergone multiple renovations, resulting in awkward room configurations that were difficult to furnish. The home also lacked a connection to the outdoors, limiting enjoyment of the scenic climate. The transformation reconfigured the layout into a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath, two-story home that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces. The design reflects the community's character and features vibrant colors that express the family's exuberant nature. A garage opening to the back and a front entrance leading to the garden establish a spacious entertainment area spanning the property's length.
