Project Overview

In this project success was defined by exceeding both the team's and clients' expectations. The 318 West Lake project exemplifies this standard. The project began with challenges due to the existing structure being an older, patchworked home. Despite unforeseen obstacles and design adjustments, the collaborative effort led to a remarkable outcome. The project included a first-floor redesign, a second-floor addition, and numerous upgrades to meet current building codes. Key improvements spanned the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, stairs, entryway, landscaping, and hardscaping, extending to the dock and boathouse. The successful completion reflects the team's dedication and attention to detail.
