Project Overview

This project was driven by the clients' desire for a more spacious, updated kitchen designed for entertaining. Additional goals included a dining room facelift, a new TV room with clear kitchen views, a mudroom linking the house and garage, and an expanded primary suite and second-level bedroom. The main design challenge involved shaping the mudroom roof to blend form and function. Ultimately, the project significantly improved the home's layout, optimizing both daily living and entertainment needs while successfully achieving nearly every item on the clients' wish list.
