Project Overview
The Hillsdale Modern Ranch renovation focused on accommodating a family of four and maximizing their spacious yard and proximity to Multnomah Village. This whole-home remodel added 290 square feet to a ranch-style home and took the remaining areas down to the studs. The goal was to maintain a natural, cozy vibe while giving the house a fresh, modern look with highly customized luxury details, all while staying in tune with the neighborhood.
