Project Overview

The homeowners purchased this Hollin Hills house knowing it required complete renovation to meet modern standards, initially intending it as a second residence. Midway through the renovation, they decided to sell their Arizona home and make this their permanent residence, leading to last-minute design changes. The renovation encompassed every part of the home, including outdoor spaces and a new carport/storage addition. Key features include custom-fabricated cabinet millwork, a hand-painted kitchen backsplash, extensive new bluestone patio areas, and upgraded utilities, systems, and exterior envelope.
