Project Overview

Owners of this beachfront home wanted to alter the exterior of their home to tie in each floor and capture the panoramic beach views from each level. They also yearned for exterior access from each level with integrated screened covered space in the overall design. Additionally, they needed additional en suites for guests and unobstructed parking in the garage, along with a multitude of other upgrades throughout the home. The multi-level exterior enhancements also afforded our clients the ability to see over the beach dunes from many a vantage point.
