Project Overview

Creating a contemporary space with room for guests while preserving the original architecture of their childhood lakeside home was key for these homeowners. A main level expansion made room for a primary suite and music room and removing a wall between the kitchen and dining room allowed for a vaulted ceiling. A garage converted into a covered porch with kitchen access and golf cart storage are added bonuses, while an attached suspended 2-car garage houses a lower-level fitness room and bath. The entire home feels brighter and better suited for family gatherings for years to come.
