Project Overview

With a third child on the way, this family knew their 3-bedroom mid-century ranch needed to expand but the unique, restrictive position of their land meant the only way to go was up. The second floor allowed for an expanded kitchen and open floor plan, while the living room's newly lofted ceiling and small entry addition provided some much-needed breathing room. An exterior makeover ensured their modern updates felt cohesive and solidified the home as a place for their growing family.
