Project Overview

With plans to pass their coastal home on to future generations, this retiring couple wanted to expand their existing footprint and improve its curb appeal. Inspired by Cape Cod classics, the second level's square footage increased, and the home's interior and exterior are finished with traditional wainscoting and shiplap, as well as a palette of blues, greys, and whites that echo the tranquility of the surrounding sea. This home is now a perfect expression of its neighborhood's boating lifestyle, with a design that will endure for years to come.
