Project Overview

These homeowners had a passion for family, entertaining, and cooking, and wanted their new space to reflect that. Reworking the entire first floor floorplan allowed for an open concept consisting of a large chef's kitchen, a new full bath, pantry with built-in storage, enlarged family room, and open dining room finished with a wet bar. A fireplace was added outside, along with additional seating and dining space, providing ample room to marry all of their favorite things in one space.
