Project Overview

This 1960s home was in need of a remodel that updated the living area while preserving and honoring the integrity of its original design. The remodel's execution had to be perfectly planned and sequenced to protect its unique details. This especially mattered when renovating the ceiling with an uninterrupted surface passing through the original windowpane from interior to exterior. This home is now modern and energy-efficient, while still paying homage to its original construction.
