Project Overview

This beach home renovation transformed an outdated 1985 house into a coveted bayside retreat for these homeowners. Unfortunately, the house was rapidly deteriorating with rot and many other problems, so the owners wanted all issues corrected along with a more beautiful and functional design. The exterior features include Hardie plank board and batten, high energy efficient units, and a roof top deck. On the interior, all the bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces were reconfigured for a more modern, functional and entertainment-friendly floor plan. The homeowners were positively overwhelmed by the outcome of the entire project.
