Project Overview

A house that was built in the 1920s captured the attention of these eclectic style clients. With a big family, they wanted to make sure there was enough room. The house was large, but the floor plan wasn't functional for the family. They wanted to keep some of the home's vintage elements however, they understood it would take a dramatic renovation. Structural changes were made inside utilizing steel beams. More space in the rooms was created and allowed for more natural light to flood the rooms. This home went through a major make-over yet held onto its 1920s charm.
