Project Overview

The homeowners purchased this home for its stunning lakefront lot, but the residence did not fit their lifestyle or aesthetic. Outdated, with limited views of the water, this home needed to be redesigned from top to bottom. A second story was added to include two new bedroom suites and walk-in storage. On the first floor, walls were removed for better flow and light, a brand-new kitchen and dining area created, and a family entertaining space designed to maximize lake views wherever possible. A covered porch with fireplace and lake views was also constructed.
