Project Overview

The owners of this executive home wanted to eliminate the badly designed and outdated Old-World pink-and-floral interior and dated exterior and elevate the design to international luxury standards. They wanted a brighter, modern showpiece where they could entertain friends and business colleagues while maintaining a family-friendly home.​ An entire new space with a Milan-meets-Vegas vibe was created -sleek, contemporary and multi-layered with one-of-a-kind custom features. ​Features include an elegant bar and game room created from a dining room and sunken living room to take advantage of the sweeping interior and exterior spaces, and a wine room with waterfall off the entry.
