Project Overview

An old 1887 home in an established neighborhood needed some major work. On the interior, the kitchen was moved and the entire front of the home reworked to open up the floor plan. The original kitchen was converted into a main level bath with curb-less shower and heated floors, and an addition built for the new kitchen. The original screen porch in front was taken in and the entrance re-worked to create a larger family room. The sun porch above this space was re-framed to create a heated tile floor sunroom. From there, a four-season porch was added in the rear, offering another space to spread out into.
