Project Overview

This 1937 hillside home was completely remodeled into an eco-friendly, all electric smart home. The house was gutted and the lower level dug out, doubling the square footage. A new foundation and total seismic retrofit were completed, the mechanical, electrical and plumbing were redone and feature an all-electric heat pump driven hydronic heating and cooling system delivered from radiant ceiling panels and a heat pump water heater. Modern finishes and a complete backyard upgrade inclusive of more than 600 square feet of decks and patios and professional landscaping complete the remodel. The property was completed in the Summer of 2021.
