Project Overview
This renovation was for a Waco transplant originally from Long Island. After renting in Waco for a while, he was ready to buy his first home. He has a unique style so it was a fun challenge to make this home a true reflection of his personality. The goal of this remodel was to incorporate a midcentury design with new light fixtures, flooring, windows, and fresh paint throughout with an open floor plan. A home office with natural light was high on the priority list along with a gallery wall for his personal art collection and a larger primary bathroom.
