Project Overview

The clients wanted to completely expand, update and renovate their recently purchased home. The completed home consists of approximately 4,800 square feet of living space on three floors, including a finished attic with a guest suite and a dramatic water view of Long Island Sound. The first floor features a traditional living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, game room, mudroom, walk-in pantry, powder room, full bathroom, and a guest bedroom suite. The second floor has three bedrooms, a laundry room, plus a master suite complete with a bedroom, sitting room, master bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
