Project Overview

This project started out as a simple interior remodel of an 864-square-foot ranch, but turned into one of the most difficult renovations undertaken once the damage from termites, carpenter ants and water infiltration was discovered. Ninety-five percent of the home had to be completely remodeled. However, per the clients' request, the existing slab foundation and roofing structure were salvaged while adding a crawl space, elevating the entire roofing structure three-and-a-half feet into the air in the process, and adding beams and cribbing supports below. Ultimately, the final transformation of this entire home remodel was truly stunning.
